PENTAGON Kino Establishes Agency After Leaving Cube Entertainment

On December 15, Korean news outlets reported that Kino of PENTAGON had founded his one-man agency NAKED, which was made known on its official SNS.

According to sources, the overall message of company name NAKED defines commitment and integrity over its approach to the general public. It also promised to deliver originality, honesty, and sincerity to fans.

Moreover, Kino also shared his excitement by expressing his plans to showcase new sides of him as an idol. He commented:

"I'm so excited about the future I'll have in company NAKED. I'm going to show you a new side of myself, sides I haven't shown you in the past, so I ask for your anticipation and unwavering support."

To give the K-pop community a glimpse of the agency's vision, it also shared several photos of Kino relaxing at the beach, which gave off the message of freedom derived from youthful nature.

With NAKED's inception as a company, Kino would also be planning his solo career. One of his ventures will include a solo concert titled "KINO's Housewarming Party," which is scheduled on December 22 and is set to take place in Tokyo, Japan.

Following the concert, Kino will be performing in Korea for "KINO [BORN NAKED' LIVE IN SEOUL" on January 27.

Since Kino has a lot in store for 2024, fans are expected to see more of the idol's talent and charms through his upcoming solo activities.

5 PENTAGON Members Leave Cube Entertainment After Contract Expiration

Earlier on October 9, Kino was one of the five members who decided to leave Cube due to contract expiration. Alongside him were fellow bandmates Yeo One, Yan An, Wooseok, and Yuto. Cube Entertainment stated the decision was made after an in-depth discussion.

"Since the exclusive contracts of PENTAGON are near their expiration date, a discussion took place between the company and the members over time."

"After a thorough examination of the situation, it was decided that Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok will not renew their contracts."

Cube Entertainment also thanked the five PENTAGON members for their hard work under the company for the last seven years. The agency also asked loving fans to support the five idols on their new page in the K-pop scene.

"We would like to thank Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok, who all worked hard with us throughout seven years. We wish them happiness in their future."

"We kindly ask for everyone's encouragement and support for them, as they start with new paths in their careers."
