EVNNE Becomes First 5th-Gen Act to Win in 'Music Bank,' ENNVEs Thrilled Over Boy Group's Victory
EVNNE has a great start this 2024 with their newest feat!
KBS 2TV's "Music Bank" included various K-pop artists to perform and compete in its February 2 episode. The lineup consisted of EVNNE, (G)I-DLE, TWS, Choi Yena, WJSN SeolA, AB6IX, VANNER, CIX, POW, Ryu Jihyun, DXMON, ALL(H)OURS, 2Z, Gyubin, A SIX, Geenius, and LIMELIGHT.
Concluding the best candidates for the win, EVNNE's "UGLY" and TWS's "plot twist" eventually were nominated to secure the trophy.
Ultimately, EVNNE took the win by garnering 6,734 points, trumping the TWS's 5,999 points. This also marks their second overall win in their career, since EVNNE won their first music show trophy at "Show Champion" on January 31.
In a forum, K-netz congratulated EVNNE for their landslide victory and praised the boy group's live encores on the stage. Others claimed the boy group has become the first-ever K-pop act in the fifth-gen to win first place on "Music Bank."

EVNNE Drops Hard-Hitting Comeback with 'UGLY'
In other news, EVNNE officially released their second mini album "Un:SEEN" and its title track "UGLY" on January 22. Aside from the main song, the album also contained B-side tracks such as "Syrup," "K.O (Keep On)," "Chase," and 'Festa."
