After months of hiatus, ITZY Lia gave a heartfelt message to her fans, MIDZYs. When will she return to join the group's activities?

ITZY Members Write Message to MIDZYs

On February 12, ITZY celebrated their 5th debut anniversary. The members' official accounts posted post-it notes containing handwritten messages to commemorate the special day with their fandom, MIDZYs.

In the photo, leader Yeji said:

"MIDZY! We have already reached our 5th (debut) anniversary. I'm delighted that we can celebrate it together by accumulating such a long amount of time that we have spent working hard together.

I wanted to say thank you to all the MIDZY who have been with us for a long time! And thank you so much for being the only people in the Soviet Union. Did you know that MIDZY is No. 1 for ITZY?!!

Let's do our best to make MIDZY happy again this year. Good luck with your studies!! Fly away believing that you're there!"

Chaeryeong then said:

"Hello, MIDZY! This is Chaeryeong. It's already been 5 years since ITZY debuted. Because I was with MIDZY, I was able to spend 5 years full of good memories with the members.

Thank you MIDZY for always being such a strong force. I'll always do my best to be a source of strength to MIDZY as well in the same place."

Following the two members, Ryujin also gave her thanks to fans.

"Dear MIDZY, the time has passed and it's already our 5th anniversary. I'm so thankful and reassured that you always stand by our side despite the fast time passing by.

As we have always done since our debut, let's make more happy and fun memories together, ITZY and MIDZY."

ITZY's maknae, Yuna, continued by sharing her thoughts on celebrating its 5th anniversary with the fandom.

"I still remember the first moment I saw MIDZY on the first live show, time went by, and it's already our 5th anniversary.

Looking back, there were MIDZY and members who always believed in and cheered for us.

Thanks to you, I think I've spent the past five years shining more than anyone else. Haha, let's continue to be better and have a good time with no regrets!

Thank you with all my heart and I love you MIDZY."

ITZY Lia Shares 5th Debut Anniversary Message

Although she's in a temporary break since September last year due to health issues, ITZY Lia shared her affection for her fans by also sending her message.

She wrote:

"How are you, MIDZY?" Congratulations on our 5th anniversary. I think it's the 5th anniversary when we feel more precious and grateful as we feel that we've been together for a very long time.

The love I have received from MIDZY over the past five years is so great that I can't measure it. I'll try to give it to MIDZY as much as the love I received in the future. Thank you always."

Due to the hiatus, Lia was also absent from promotions for her new mini-album "BORN TO BE" released last month but with her message, fans are eager for her return even more.
