Ben Divorces W-Foundation Chairman Lee Wook After 3 Years of Marriage
On February 29, Korean news outlet TenAsia released an exclusive report declaring the divorce of Ben and Chairman Lee Wook of the non-profit organization W-Foundation.

According to sources, Ben filed a divorce mediation to the court, which occured in December 2023. An official then revealed that the divorce was due to the fault of her husband Lee Wook.
"Ben filed for a divorce mediation at the end of 2023," the official disclosed. "I understand that she decided to divorce because of the fault of her husband Chairman Lee Wook."

On the same day (February 29), Ben's agency BRD Communications confirmed the singer's divorce. The company also revealed that the cause of divorce is currently being investigated. Moreover, BRD shared that Ben had won the custody of their child.
"It is correct that Ben got divorced. We are now investigating the timing and details about why the divorce happened." BRD shared. "It was concluded that the custody (of their child) will be given to Ben."
Ben's History with Lee Wook: Relationship, Marriage, First Child
On September 2, 2019, Korean media reported that Ben was dating Lee Wook for three months. The singer's former agency MAJOR9 relayed an official statement to outlet Newsen, confirming Ben and Lee Wook's relationship.
"She met Lee Wook, and they are continuing their beautiful relationship," MAJOR9 shared.
Following this reveal, Lee Wook shared with News1 about his relationship with Ben saying, "I started dating Ben and we are meeting beautifully. I hope you will keep an eye on us."

The chairman also shared how he was already a fan of the singer's music before they dated.
"I was also a fan of Ben's music before we started dating," Lee Wook stated. "When I actually met her, I fell in love with her human and active side."
He added, "She is a really cool person in her own right when you look at her."
On July 18, 2022, Ben happily announced her pregnancy. The singer wrote:
"I am grateful that a precious life has been welcomed to our family. I am still cautious since it still doesn't feel real."
"I am so happy and grateful for the time spent with my family every day. I would like to ask for your warm blessings to the baby angel who has now visited us."
