Eagle-eyed viewers noted how small Taeyeon's face has become, with others noting that she looks like a completely different person. Korean netizens speculated that the changes in her face were caused by undergoing cosmetic surgery "too frequently."

They claim that her facial structure is reminiscent of other Korean celebrities who are known to undergo a plethora of plastic surgery.
