NIn a recent development, K-pop group OMEGA X has vehemently denied allegations of sexual assault against member Hwichan.

Their label IPQ released a formal statement countering the claims made by Spire Entertainment, shedding light on the purported abusive behavior of their former CEO Kang Seong Hee.

Disputed Incident: Details of July 11 Disputed

Contrary to Spire Entertainment's claims, IPQ contends that the events of July 11, 2022, were misrepresented.

Hwichan had not received his enlistment notice at the time, debunking allegations that the incident was related to his impending military service.

Legal Action and Pursuit of Truth

IPQ concludes their statement by affirming their commitment to uncovering the truth and defending OMEGA X against what they perceive as unjust accusations.

They call for the release of unedited CCTV footage and pledge to pursue legal action against Spire Entertainment, as the controversy continues to unfold.

Reminder, when CEO Kang left her position after being confirmed of being sexually inappropriate with the members, physically abusing the members, and mentally abusing the members, she was placed in charge of the TRAINEES at the agency. This woman is dangerous.
