Known for having doll-like visuals & impressive singing skills, MAJORS Bian has been the talk of the town recently among K-pop stans. With her qualities to rise as a top-tier star, people wondered why she's been "underrated" and looked at her recent status.

Who Is Bian? Withdrawal From ANS, MAJORS Debut, Hiatus Due to Health Issues

Born in 2001, Yu Jiwon, popularly known as Bian made her name known first in the K-pop scene as a member of the pre-debut member of group MIDNIGHT in 2019.

However, her supposed debut under H&I Entertainment fell through and four months later, she was introduced as a member of ANS, under the stage name Bian.

Their entry into the K-pop scene with their popular tracks, "BOOM BOOM" and "Say My Name" attracted decent domestic and international fans, unfortunately, it didn't last long due to a series of scandals including bullying accusations and mistreatment from the label. This led to their unfair disbandment in 2020.

While Bian was among the members who filed a legal dispute against ANS Entertainment, she shocked the fandom when it was revealed that she would re-debut under the company's new girl group, MAJORS.

Undoubtedly, a lot of fans supported Bian but her journey with her second girl group wasn't as smooth as before.

In 2022, there are suspicions that she left the group due to frequent hiatuss, not to mention her mother's cryptic Instagram post asking fans to bid their goodbye to the star as Bian, as she will continue her life as Jiwon.

MAJORS also presumably disbanded after several members left in 2023, but ANS Ent repeatedly clarified that the team didn't disband and Bian is still a member.

Where Is Bian Now? Idol Debuts as BJ, Model

After leaving the spotlight in the music scene, there have been a lot of K-pop fans showing interest in her recent whereabouts.

On April 26, an X user posted photos of Bian which immediately went viral with about 1.3 million views and over 20k likes.

Upon looking into her current status, she is now actively working as an Afreeca TV BJ/streamer.

However, given her top-tier visuals as well as singing & dancing skills, fans are hoping that she will return to the K-pop scene.

People are confident that she will be able to show the entertainment scene what "beauty & talent" means.

In fact, even non-fans expressed regret that they didn't get to stan her before and she remained "underrated" although she deserves more support and love for her abilities.
