Brandi Passante’s Storage Wars hot pics brought Brandi Passante to court with her personal and business partner, Jarrod Schultz. Brandi Passant won her lawsuit against the operator of a website who allegedly put up a pornographic video of the “Storage Wars” hottie. The “Storage Wars” star Brandi Passanti insisted that the pornographic videos he distributed were fakes, according to published reports.

Brandi Passanti brought a lawsuit against Hunter Moore, the former operator of the site Anyone Up, for putting up a steamy video that he falsely claimed featured the “Storage Wars” star. Brandi Passanti also alleged that Hunter Moore published fake pornographic pictures of her online.

The “Storage Wars” star was looking to get $2.5 million $2.5 million in actual and exemplary damages and $5,250 in statutory damages. The Judge ruled that the plaintiff provided "absolutely no support for this calculation of damages." Passante’s suite alleged that Hunter Moore posted an X-rated video and pornographic pictures on his the website Is Anyone Up.

Judge James V. Selna of U.S. District Court in central California granted Passante a default judgment along with $750. Passante’s attorney fees will be covered and Moore must “remove any remaining and undisclosed content of video from all websites and restraining Defendant from disseminating the content of the video.”

The judge explained that there was a lack of evidence to support her claim that she was due this amount. The judge awarded the A&E star a mere $750, plus attorneys’ fees. The judge also issued an injunction against Hunter Moore and ruled that Moore had to remove any remaining content or undisclosed content of any video from all his websites. Moore is also restrained from further dissemination of any of the content of the video.
