Kyle Petty disses Danica Patrick when he said she is "not a race car driver" while an analyst on SPEED 's NASCAR RaceHub program.

When Kyle Petty disses Danica Patrick, he also noted that she is a "marketing machine," but surfing around the web is what the former racecar driver who is the son of NASCAR hall of famer and legend Richard Petty, had to say about Patrick's future in racing.

Kyle Petty disses Danica Patrick when he said, "Danica has been the perfect example of somebody who can qualify better than what she runs."

He added, "She can go fast, but she can't race. I think she's come a long way, but she's still not a race car driver. And I don't think she's ever going to be a race car driver."

Petty said it was too late for Patrick to learn how to be good at this sport. While the son of the "King" shared his thoughts on her career and her future in racing, he wasn't ashamed to talk about his own career.

"If I knew, I'd be a great driver," he said. "I was not a great driver, and I'll be the first to admit it. I was a journeyman driver. Just like in the NFL or any sport, there are journeyman players."

Petty won eight times in his career that began in 1979 and Patrick finished eighth at the Daytona 500 in February. Patrick raced for seven years in the IndyCar Series and won once, which was history as the first woman to win an oval-track race in the auto racing big leagues.
