Fast and Furious 7 star and British action man JASON STATHAM has brushed off his past diving talents as "a silly hobby." He has also taken up with one of the world's most beautiful women, the supermodel, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley at a recent red carpet event for another film of his. 

Talk about having a hot career and hot girlfriend. 

The Transporter star once represented the U.K. Olympic team on the high board - but he insists he was never serious enough about the sport to become a winner.

Statham explains, "I did it for a little while; it was a silly hobby.
"I was on holiday with the parents years and years ago and I saw some guy do a high dive and I said, 'You know what, let me have a go at that.' It was just this stupid idea that I'd be able to do.

"I was on the British team for, like, 10 years and I ran around the world competing."

The Expendables star reveals he no longer makes a big splash diving, but he still loves the water.
He adds, "I go under the water now, instead of above it... I like scuba diving. It's great, down there with the fishes." 

Meanwhile, all eyes were on a couple that appeared to be very much in love as Statham and world supermodel, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley strutted down the red carpet at the London premiere of Statham's newest movie, Hummingbird, at the movie's launch in London's Leicester Square on Monday evening, according to Entertainmentwise.com. With Rosie proving to be the supportive girlfriend she kept a close grip on her actor beau, even taking her own photos as memories.
