Fallout 4 PS4 and Xbox One release date rumors have been very scarce lately, but fans will be so much delighted to know that there are some interesting news that await them.

Previous report from iDigital Times stated that Fallout 4 PS4 and Xbox One release date may be set for 2015, specifically during the third quarter. Aside from having versions for the next-gen Sony PS4 and Microsoft Xbox One consoles, the post-apocalyptic RPG will also be available for current platforms like Xbox 360 and Sony PS3.

But a recent report from the tech news website revealed interesting details about Fallout 4 PS4 and Xbox One release date, as it cited posts from IGN bloggers who talked about some interesting tidbits about the upcoming title. One of these came from JohnTheRenegade who shared what he currently knows about Fallout 4 PS4 and Xbox One release through his blog post.

He said, "First things first, I know that Fallout 4 is currently in active development at Bethesda."

He also shared that Bethesda will not be releasing anymore a new DLC for Skyrim as it is already time for them to focus on the next project, which is Fallout 4. Accordingly, Fallout 4 is already in pre-production months before Skyrim was released. There were also news saying that members of the development team for Fallout 4 PS4 and Xbox One were already scouting locations in Boston (which is called Commonwealth in Fallout Mythology) and the surrounding areas.

Although it was not confirmed yet and since the game was a no-show at E3 event this year, gamers are expecting a little Fallout 4 PS4 and Xbox One teaser from Bethesda at Gamescom 2013, which is happening this August in Cologne, Germany.

However, there is still a possibility for Fallout 4 to not arrive at Gamescom, as International Digital Times, shared, "Or maybe not. It's obvious Bethesda doesn't give a sh-t about telling their fans what's next, and if they're cool with not making any money this year so be it."
