Kanye West may soon be heading to the Middle East to film another short music film like the one for his single Runaway.

The Observer reports that Kanye sent members of his team to meet with government officials and film companies based out of Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha Qatar to explore production detail. The team may camp out for the next few weeks to observe the culture and local talent.

There is already a bidding war going on among officials from each location.

"In Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha, all of the film initiatives are government controlled," a source said."A bidding war is going on between various government entities and private investors to fund the film....They all want to claim the film as their own and take credit for generating the publicity."

Details about the film have been kept quiet "out of respect for Kanye's ambition," but surely it will be a huge production.
