Nicole Scherzinger and boyfriend Lewis Hamilton are back together in Beverly Hills after a reported love summit. The Formula One Champ raced to get back together with the former Pussycat Girl.

Nicole Scherzinger and boyfriend Lewis Hamilton broke up last month after five years and thousands of miles. Hamilton recently started a three week break from the tracks. Nicole Scherzinger has a little time off between her “X Factor” commitments.

An insider close to the British racer said, “Both Nicole and Lewis had a bit of time off so it was the perfect time to meet. After the split he was devastated so when he suggested that he fly out to see Nicole, he was delighted she said yes. He went to her house in Los Angeles to talk things through and both thought it was a great success. It was the last opportunity when they could spend time together and talk through their future. They desperately want to be ­together but they know that from now until Christmas is going to be really tough. They’re both willing to give it their best shot and try to make a success of it though. They love one another dearly and have deeply missed each other since they split.”

Nicole will soon start the bootcamp stage of “The X Factor.” Scherzinger posted photographs to Twitter as she started looking for a house to stay in while she does her live shows. Lewis will race at The Italian Grand Prix in Monza on September 8 and be in Singapore two weeks later. After that he will speed to Japan for a race on October 13. Right around the time that Nicole Scherzinger will return to work on the live X Factor finals while Lewis continues racing in India, Abu Dhabi, Austin, Texas ends the racing season Sao Paulo, Brazil on November 24.

Lewis misses his Pussycat Doll and is not afraid to show that in public, He tweeted a picture of himself with his dog with the caption “Roscoe and me n a road trip only someone’s missing #partnerincrime.” He dedicated his Hungarian Grand Prix victory to Nicole two weeks ago and confessed “It’s not been the easiest few months, I was just saying that my family have been really supportive. It feels a little bit odd without that someone here – but I would say now that these are one of those races you want to dedicate to that someone.”

A week before that Lewis took to Twitter to gush, “If you’ve found that special someone, don’t EVER let them go no matter what!! Nothing in this world is more important.”

Another source recently told England’s Sun "While Nicole's team say the couple are still officially broken up, both are desperate to resolve the situation. Even though they spend so much time apart in different countries because of their work commitments, they were constantly on the phone and text messaging."
