INFINITE's Earnings… How Much Is It?

In just two years after their debut, INFINITE has made about 10 million dollars, about 600 to 700 thousand dollars per member.

Popular male idol group INFINITE has earned about 10 million dollars in just two and a half years since their debut. Each member's earnings are about $600,000 to $700,000.

INFINITE's main source of revenue comes from overseas fan meetings and concerts. Last year 37.8% of their revenue (about 4 billion Won, or about 4 million US Dollars) was earned overseas.

Their company, local events, and concerts made up 24.2% of their revenue (about 2.5 billlion Won, or about 2.5 million US Dollars). Album sales were about 2.2 billion Won (about 2.2 million US Dollars), and their online music sales were roughly 491 million Won (about 491 thousand US Dollars).

On the other hand, their advertising revenue was less than the expected 1 billion Won, totaling to only about 777 million Won (about 777 thousand US Dollars). This could be attributed to the fact that, although INFINITE is popular, they are still just a rookie idol group.

In terms of revenue, INFINITE is close behind JYP's 2PM. Although INFINITE's total revenue is only half of that of 2PM's total revenue, if you take away 2PM's advertising revenue and acting revenue, there is not much difference in the values.

Above all, what's amazing is INFINITE's rapid growth, despite having been active for less than three years since its debut.

As a result, INFINITE members are receiving more commission than before. In 2010 they each received an average of 48 million Won (about 48 thousand US Dollars), but last year they made about 614 million Won (about 614 thousand US Dollars). This year they are expected to earn about 677 million Won (about 677 thousand US Dollars) per member.
