After Prince featured Dave Chappelle's meme of himself on the cover of his new single "Breakfast Can't Wait," fans are anticipating a comeback for the comedian.
The "Purple Rain" singer, who returned to Twitter last week by posting, "PRINCE"S 1ST TWEET...TESTING 1,2...," uploaded a snippet of the new song with its cover of Chappelle embodying him while holding a plate of pancakes.

People may recall that on the "Chappelle's Show" the comedian impersonated Prince in 2004.
After Chappelle walked away from a $50 million contract with the "Chappelle's Show" to flee to Africa, it was unknown whether the funny guy would make it back to the spotlight.
"I want to make sure I'm dancing and not shuffling," said Chappelle, explaining his departure during a past interview with Time magazine.
However, Prince using the comedian as artwork for his new single may hint toward the possibility of a comeback.
In fact, the New York Times reported that Chappelle is apart of the Oddball Comedy and Curiosity Festival, a new 15 city tour sponsored by Funny or Die website that started in Austin, Texas, on Friday. In addition, he may be joining fellow comedian Chris Rock on his stand-up tour.
