KBS drama, "Love Rain" will be released as a movie in Japan.

On August 23, it was confirmed that "Love Rain" would be revised and created into a movie version in Japan.

Actor Jang Keun Suk and Girls' Generation member Yoona played the main roles in the drama and gained much attention in Japan.

This 20 episode drama will be edited down to the highlight scenes to create a movie version. This movie version will reveal the overall concept of the drama so that even fans who did not watch the full drama can understand it.

This drama shows both the 1970 analog style love and the 2012 digital lifestyle love and show the genuine  and true side of everlasting love.

"Love Rain" received the highest viewer ratings in Japan 3 times and showed off its huge popularity.

The movie version of "Love Rain" will release next month on September 20.
