The Expendables 3 cast list has been revealed, and Wesley Snipes will once again be seen on the set with Sylvester Stallone.  It can be remembered that the "Blade" actor came face-to-face with "Rambo" in the 1993 sci-fi film "Demolition Man" which debuted at number one when it was released.

Snipes, a fifth dan black belt Karate expert, has been absent from the limelight for some time, and that's because he was serving time at a Pennsylvania federal prison, the McKean Federal Correctional Institution, for wilful failure to file his federal income tax returns.  His three-year term started on Dec. 9, 2010, and he was released on April 2 this year.

The 51-year old actor has been spotted in Bulgaria for the filming of The Expendables 3 where, it is said, he plays a character named "Surgeon."  Terry Crews, who reprises his role as "Hale Caeasr" in the film and has been a part of the series since EX1, posted in his Facebook page, "EX3--Like the Beatles if they blew things up."

Joining Snipes and Crews in the third instalment are Antonio Banderas, Mel Gibson, and Harrison Ford; as well as Kellan Lutz, mixed martial artist Ronda Rousey, professional boxer Victor Ortiz, and Glen Powell.   The high-profile actors who remain as part of The Expendables 3 cast list include: Sylvester Stallone as Barney Ross, the leader of The Expendables; Jason Statham; Jet Li; Dolph Lundgren; Randy Couture; and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The film is scheduled to be released on August 15, 2014.
