Contrary to reports, TMZ has confirmed Khloe Kardashian's NBA husband Lamar Odon has not entered a rehab facility for his drug and alcohol problem despite his wife's threatening to cut tides with him if he didn't seek help.

"We've been making calls for the last day and just got what we're told is the definitive word ... he's not there," said TMZ on Thursday.

PEOPLE magazine was misinformed by a source that Odon finally entered rehab for his drug and alcohol abuse in order to save his career and marriage.

"He realized he needs help," a source told PEOPLE. However, this claim is false.

This news comes after a New York based drug dealer alleged the free agent NBA star has an infatuation with cocaine.

As we previously reported, the anonymous drug dealer said he has seen the basketball player indulge in illegal drugs at least ten times since his visit to his hometown of Queens in 2010. Furthermore, the pusher man is claiming the former LA Clippers basketball player spent $50,000 on cocaine in a time span of three years.

'Roughly, more than 50 grand... over the time I've known him," said the dealer when asked how much the baller as spent over the years.

Although the street hustler describes Khloe's hubby as a cool guy, he stresses the athlete can't lay off the cocaine.

"He [Lamar] likes to party, He's a pretty nice guy to be honest with you, but he's becoming ... his problem seems to be becoming a bigger problem. In my experience, he literally likes cocaine. He is a cocaine guy. He likes to smoke it," explained the dealer.

The drug dealer even divulged that Odom was guilty of freebasing right before the LA Clippers and New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden on February 10th of this year.

The source additionally told Radar that Khloe is "totally in the dark."
