Pokemon X and Y, and thanks to the latest CoroCoro leak, some anime news has come in regarding Ash's potential new traveling companions!

As fans know, the October issue of CoroCoro has been leaked today, and Pokemon X and Y has unveiled a lot of news regarding the 3DS release.

However, the Pokemon X and Y anime that is set to debut October 19 has also received some much-deserved attention.

Most notably, a poster advertising the Pokemon X and Y anime (you can barely make it out in the picture above) shows the female player from the games and gym leader Clemont along with Ash Ketchum!

Clemont is one of the first gym leaders to be introduced for Pokemon X and Y. According to his bio, he loves science and has a little sister named Bonnie.

Is this an indication that Clemont will have a sizeable role along with the female player in the Pokemon X and Y anime? Could Ash Ketchum be receiving new traveling companions?

In addition, the Pokemon X and Y anime will reportedly air a special preview October 19 in the U.S.!

According to Serebii, a special sneak peek featuring the first two Pokemon X and Y anime episodes will air on Cartoon Network, which will immediately follow the airing of the latest Pokemon movie!

That's right, the Pokemon movie "Genesect and the Legend Awakened" will also air on Cartoon Network October 19.

The plot of the anime and the movie are reportedly tied together, so airing them back-to-back is logical. In addition, they will help amp up the excitement surrounding Pokemon X and Y.

Plus, a new TCG set will be released to commemorate X and Y, and they will be called "Collection X" and "Collection Y" accordign to Pokejungle!
