G-Dragon vs Taeyang, Best Friends Face Off on 'WIN'

Big Bang's G-Dragon and Taeyang are facing off on "WIN," a program that will determine the next YG Entertainment group in the mold of Big Bang and 2NE1. G-Dragon and Taeyang are mentoring Team B and Team A respectively, and are determined to win in the first performance round of "WIN."

G-Dragon and Taeyang have long professed their friendship, but with their pride as musicians on the line, the two friends are not holding back.

The upcoming episode of "WIN" will feature Taeyang and G-Dragon producing the two teams. They plan to teach the trainees all of their know-how about being an elite performer. "WIN" producers have stated that Taeyang and G-Dragon not only coached the two teams' singing and dancing, but also gave advice on expressions, gestures, and other small details to perfect their performance.

Taeyang stated that Team A is "perfect but lacks attitude. They're not fun to watch. They need to be more free." On the upcoming performance evaluation, he said that "it's a huge burden on my shoulders".

G-Dragon vowed to win the duel, stating, "I have never beaten Taeyang as a trainee. I need to win this time with Team B."

Big Bang and 2NE1 will be the judge for the performance round.

"WIN" is available now on Star TV cable channel V and CJ E&M channel M. In China, the show is available through Youku. The first episode featured on Youku has over 1 million views.
