Beyonce may be under scrutiny for the delay of her new album, but a recent rumor may explain why the Queen Bey is taking her time with the anticipated 2013 release.

According to Channel 24, Beyonce is indeed working on her new album, and she may in fact be working on the music video.

All of them.

"Beyonce is shooting a music video for every track on her new album," says a source to The Sun.

"The record has been delayed, so she wants to make a big splash when it eventually comes out. She wants to be in the U.K. with baby daughter Blue Ivy as Jay Z tours, so this was a good chance to shoot a video in the UK. It's an amazing location for a music video."

If this is true, it would explain the many sightings of Beyonce filming in various locations in between her "Mrs. Carter Show World Tour," including Miami, Atlanta, and the U.K. If this is indeed all for her new album in 2013, then fans are definitely in for a treat.

"Beyoncé's the kind of artist where you're not gonna see it until it's right. And her fans, they love her so they'll be patient," says Ne-Yo.

Recently, both Ryan Tedder and Sia have confirmed to have worked with Beyonce on her new 2013 album.

"Beyonce's album will be mind-blowing," Tedder tells Perez Hilton.
