"When I step out onto the ice, I'm there to win," says Ashley Wagner to Highmark in an interview. "Not making the Olympic team in 2010 was the best and worst thing that has ever happened to me. I came as close to my dreams and my personal goal as I could possibly be, but I just wasn't quite good enough."

"I could either continue on this road of mediocre skating, or I could push myself, put everything on the line, give myself one year to become national champion, or be done."

Now, having secured her spot on the Grand Prix final against the likes of Mao Asada and other 2014 Sochi Olympic hopefuls, Ashley Wagner is certainly ready to come back fighting as a winner.

But in addition to her figure skating duties, Ashley Wagner is also adorned with sponsorship deals, including becoming the latest Cover Girl.

"I cannot believe it. It's so incredible!" exclaims Ashley Wagner on her latest endorsement to Pop Sugar.
