2NE1 has the K-pop world in a frenzy with their recent announcement of a new single titled "Missing You," and now a rumor is circulating the web of a potential YG cameo from Mino of the new boy band Winner.

Recently, CL of 2NE1 has taken to liking various Instagram posts of Mino, right after the "Missing You" single announcement.

This surprising turn of events has caused fans to theorize on the sudden interest from the 2NE1 leader and her fellow YG labelmate.

One popular theory is that Mino will be in 2NE1's music video for "Missing You," and fans can even catch a glimpse of a shadowy male figure in the recent teaser for the music video.

What do you think? Does this figure look like Mino?

Either way, CL's sudden interest in Mino has fans exploding all over social media.

"The possibility is killing me. My God," writes BabyLion on Twitter.

"Omo why did CL like this pic? Isn't she for Bobby already?" adds itsjonie on Instagram.

As many fans have seen by now, the "urgent" press conference by Dara and Park Bom (also known as Double Park) of 2NE1 included several important announcements regarding the future of the YG girl group.

In addition to a world tour beginning March 2014, 2NE1 will first release their single, "Missing You," on November 21 at midnight.

Check out a brief teaser of "Missing You" featuring CL below:

So, is this just a coincidence, or do 2NE1 and YG fans have a new "couple" to ship?
