iPad Mini 2 Release Date For LTE Version Experiencing Slight Delay, Takes Up To 8 Weeks For Shipments To Arrive

Announced over a month ago in an Apple event, the iPad mini 2 is undeniably a gorgeous tablet that will be in the wishlist of millions of consumers worldwide. However, recent numbers show that the iPad mini 2 release date for its LTE version for carriers in the US may experience some delays.

According to a report from GSM Arena, the Retina mini may be shipped a week late from November 25th to December 2nd for Verizon Wireless. On the other hand, Sprint may get the tablet two weeks late, while AT&T stocks may ship three to four weeks behind.

So far, the most affected by the reported limited stock supply is T-Mobile, with shipments arriving within 6 up to 8 weeks behind schedule. However, Apple's website still places its usual shipment period of 5-10 business days, which it initially placed right after the iPad mini 2 officially hit the stores a couple of weeks ago.

The Cupertino company's tablet is considered one of the most gorgeous, if not the most powerful slate, on the market today. With an A7 chip and feature-packed specsheet, it is surely a processing and multi-tasking beast. The Retina display is just an added bonus to the already impressive feature list of the iPad mini 2.
