‘Persona 5’ Release Date PS3: RPG Game From Atlus Arriving In Japan On Winter 2014; Three Spin-Off Titles Also Coming

'Persona 5' release date has been revealed.

Atlus has recently announced Persona 5 release date for PS3. According to a post on Polygon, Persona 5 release date In Japan is already slated. More particularly, Persona 5 release date in Japan is happening at some point around winter 2014. The game will be exclusively available for Sony PlayStation 3.

As a sequel to PS2 game called Persona 4, the upcoming title is the 5th offering in the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona series. The original game was released in 1996 for the original PlayStation.

Meanwhile, Persona 4 was released for PlayStation 2 on 2008, while the PS Vita version called Persona 4 Golden arrived on 2012.

In addition to announcing the Persona 5 release date in Japan, Atlus also revealed that there will be three spin-off titles that will be available for different game consoles.

Ahead of the Persona 5 release date, three Persona 4 games will arrive first and one of this is the "Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth." As described on VG24/7, the game is a "dungeon crawler starring chibi versions of characters from Persona 3 and Persona 4."

"Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth" will be available for Nintendo 3DS and will be coming to Japan 2014.

The second spin-off title set to arrive before Persona 5 release date is "Persona 4: Dancing All Night", which is an exclusive PS Vita title. This "sound action" game, created by Dingo, gets an autumn 2014 for its launch schedule.

And lastly, the third spin-off title will be a fighter sequel "Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold." It is scheduled to be available on arcades in Japan on November 28. There will also be a PS3 version, coming during the summer 2014 in Japan.

Persona 5 release date as well as launch schedules for the three spin-off titles in North America were not revealed yet.
