Latino star Marc Anthony may soon have to face his ex-wife in court - but not Jennifer Lopez. Marc Anthony's Miss Universe ex-wife, Dayanara Torres, files for more child support, claiming Marc Anthony 'prefers' the already-wealthy Jennifer Lopez to whom he gives a whole lot more.

In a court document obtained by TMZ, Puerto Rican born Dayanara Torres wants to increase her two son's child support from $13,000 to $113,000. The amount may be quite exorbitant to others but is apparently 'nothing' to the "Vivir Mi Vida" singer, who claimed he makes a minimum of $1.25 million a month this year.

The model and actress contends the amount she currently receives for her sons Cristian and Ryan is not enough to pay their lifestyle. Torres even said it came to a point when she was forced to put her house up for sale and move to a tiny apartment in the Valley.

While Marc Anthony may have given their children luxurious gifts including four big boxes of toys as well as a posh Lego set, they do not have a place to play with them due to their fairly small apartment.

Money seems to be a recurring problem between the former couple. During their divorce in 2004, the multi-awarded singer declared poverty. He even placed his private island in the market as well as trimmed down his staff. However, he bought Jennifer Lopez a $4 million engagement ring on the same week their divorce was finalized.

Torres further reveals Marc does not bother seeing their boys for weeks or even months. There was even a time when he was not able to visit the children due to commitments at work but was seen frolicking at the beach with JLo; much to his sons' dismay.

Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez have since divorced in 2011. They are parents to twins Max and Emme.
