After Ariana Grande's 2013 American Music Awards performance wherein she delivered 'Tattooed Heart', she immediately met up with her boyfriend Nathan Sykes.

The young couple has been photographed arriving together at the JFK Airport in New York City just a day after the awards night.

The songstress arrived clad in a pink cape and a pair of long heeled boots. To conceal her puffy eyes which she got from a tedious night, she had big dark glasses. Sykes held her hands and carefully guided her as they walked.

According to reports, after the AMA show, 'The Wanted' singer made sure to celebrate his girlfriend's success at the music awards.  Apart from her stellar performance which garnered praises from veteran singers, Grande also bagged the Best New Artist of the Year award.

Soon-to-be-mother Kelly Clarkson even wrote a tweet for the young star:  "Saw a clip of @ArianaGrande singing on the AMA's. That's how it's done ladies and gentlemen."

Sykes likewise described the awards nights on Twitter:  "Amazing night. Everyone is so happy." As for Grande, she didn't fail in expressing her gratefulness to the fans who supported her: "dude .................... tonight was the coolest. can't get over it. thank you again #AMAs and my precious precious fans."

She adds that despite not being able to have her phone all night, she is very thankful to the people who support and that she "owes" everything to her fans.
