GTA V PC Release Date: Is The PC Edition Worth Waiting Or Should I Opt For A New Console?

Since Grand Theft Auto 5 was launched, a lot of fans have already been demanding from Rockstar the GTA V PC release date for their peace of mind. Unfortunately, the developer has not bothered to send them even a hint when the coveted PC version would be announced. Instead, the company focused on GTA Online, a multiplayer version of the game.

In spite almost a million petition signatures, Rockstar has kept its mouth shut regarding the GTA V PC release date. Knowing the company, the release is certainly inevitable, but players should be patient enough to wait. But given the gameplay and level of fun people experience in the current-gen console edition of the game, is the PC edition still worth the wait?

Here are a number of good reasons why you should.

You are more comfortable playing using a mouse and keyboard. While you can easily play the game in a widescreen TV, nothing beats the sensation and sound of clacking keyboard keys.

There would be fewer bugs in the PC edition. When GTA V was launched, it was not free from certain issues, problems and bugs. Once the PC version comes out, expect these errors to be addresed and taken out of the game.

Getting a new next-gen console is not a bad idea, but if you're only doing so because of GTA V, then you should probably wait for a PC version.

GTA V may be one of the top-selling entertainment brands in history, but it needs the money of players and enthusiasts in order to be able to launch the PC edition. Recent rumors suggest that the release date would fall in March.
