Red Wings VS Devils Live Stream: Watch Online Free Friday 7:10 ET - Bertuzzi Returns In First Eastern Conference Showdown

Red Wings vs Devils live stream: Watch online free Friday 7:10 ET for the first of three meetings this season as New Jersey looks to get back into the playoff-race while Detroit gets back one of its star players.

The 14-8-7 Red Wings will play three of their next four games on the road, first stopping in New Jersey vs the 11-12-6 Devils. Detroit had won four games in a row in which it scored 3, 4, 5 and 6 goals respectively. The Red Wings lost 6-3 vs the Flyers on Wednesday. Watch the free live stream online as they play one of the tougher teams to score on in the NHL.

The Wings were 1 for 7 on the power play and have gone 1 for 10 in the last three contests as the team has been riddled with injuries from star players like Henrik Zetterberg, who leads the team in points with 30 and is out indefinitely because of his back injury. They have been without and will still be without Pavel Datsyuk, who is dealing with the aftermath of a suffered concussion.

"Yeah, on the power play we have to simplify and get shots on net," forward Justin Abdelkader told the team's official website. "If we're not going to score just gain some momentum for us. And our (penalty killing) has to be better than three goals there... Especially with the guys we have out now our specialty teams have to be really good and we have to protect those 3-1 leads."

Detroit will get some help as Todd Bertuzzi will make his return to the lineup Friday night.

The Devils lost their fifth game in a shutout with a 4-3 loss against the Montreal Canadiens in what was a home-and-home against the first-place Habs.

"I'm disappointed for our group," Devils coach Peter DeBoer told NHL.com. "I thought we deserved two points in probably both of the games [against the Canadiens]. To come out with one out of four, obviously, isn't good enough in the standings. But, from how we played six games in 10 nights, I thought we started slow and once we got into the game halfway through the first period, I thought we played a good game."
