‘Fast And Furious 7’ To Give Paul Walker An Honorable On-Screen Death? Producers To Rewrite Script To Give Film An Artistic Conclusion

The sudden death of 'Fast and Furious 7' lead star Paul Walker certainly placed a big question mark as to how the film would be concluded. When Walker died last December 1, the cast and crew were merely on a Thanksgiving break. After such break, they were supposed to go back to the filming since they were already done with half of the scenes.

With the film's big budget, it will be impractical for the producers to start over. Rather than going back to nothing, reports claim that the producers are finding ways to rewrite the script and include a respectable death for Walker's character.

"Almost exactly half of his role was done. What will drive everything is, is there an honourable and sensible way to do this?" claims an insider to Hollywood Reporter. The same source adds that as of now, the production team has no roadmap yet regarding the situation.

The film's writer, Chris Morgan, is the one who has been tasked to rewrite the script and ensure that Walker's character, Brian O' Conner, will have a respectful exit from the adrenaline-filled series.

Universal has allotted a $150 million-budget for its most beneficial film franchise. If the film's shooting will be restarted, insurance firm Fireman's Fund might end up pating the amount in full to Universal.
