For the third time, Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore team up for another romantic comedy movie entitled “Blended”.

This movie that features Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore will be released by Warner Bros. and was seen to be shot in Africa.

After playing a hit for the movies “50 First Dates” and “The Wedding Singer”, which garnered positive feedbacks from audience, the duo now play single parents in this movie.

Jim (Sandler) and Lauren (Barrymore) met on a blind date at Hooters that went terribly wrong with Drew spitting food on her date and Adam drinking his date’s beer agreeing to never see each other again. Until they both got a chance to go to South Africa where the two including their children had the time of their lives and things get hairy.

Other stars appearing on the film “Blended” are Sandler-films regulars Wendi McLendon-Covey, Terry Crews, Kevin Nealon and Joel McHale. Also in the cast is Disney’s “Shake It Up” star, Bella Thorne, who will play as Adam Sandler’s daughter in the movie.

“Blended” director Frank Coraci, who also collaborated with Sandler and Barrymore in “The Wedding Singer” and also directed Sandler’s “Click” and “The Waterboy”, praised the Disney actress in his Twitter account saying she was wonderful and funny in the movie.

Adam Sandler may not have been getting great reviews for his films lately and he hopes to get this movie to be a hit.

“Blended” is set to hit theatres on May 23, 2014.
