LA Clippers vs Minnesota Timberwolves Game Recap and Highlights
The Clippers hosted the Wolves for a nail biting overtime game where the Wolves fall 120-116. Minnesota had two chances to seal the game in the fourth quarter and in the end of the OT, but failed.
Jared Dudley and Chris Paul, on the other hand, sealed the game for the Clippers delivering crucial plays including the big three-pointer from Dudley to get his team up by one and Paul’s free throws to give LA a comfortable lead.
“The biggest thing we learned as a team from Doc is, even in practice, he talks about 'The game is not over’,” Paul said. “When we got down three or four there with seconds left, we could've said we lost this one. But we fought hard.”

On the other hand, Kevin Love, who had a monster game with 45 points, 19 rebounds and six assists, got frustrated saying they could’ve won the game two times but failed to do so.
“We just blew it. Blew the game. I don't know how else to say it. We blew the game,” Love said.
Nikola Pekovic, who had a career high 34 points and 14 rebounds missed a potential game-winner in the end of the fourth quarter and a potential game-tying hook shot on the end of the OT. Kevin Martin, meanwhile, lost the ball in the dying seconds of the fourth when they were already up two points with less than 10 seconds in the clock to allow the Clippers score a basket to send the game for extension.
“We need to know how to win and play hard all the way to the end,” Pekovic said. “Winning is a habit, like everything else. We still need to get over the hump to learn how to close out these games.”
“We just played so hard for something like that to go down,” Martin said. “But we'll bounce back from it.”
“It was a tough loss for a lot of reasons. That's all I have to say,” coach Rick Adelman said. “I don't want to say anything. I don't want to get fined.”
