If you have been browsing the Internet to get more information about GTA V PC release date, you may be in for a treat this time. 

According to a Reddit user, an Amazon UK customer representative may have actually spilled the beans regarding the most awaited PC release of the world's fastest selling entertainment product in history. 

Here is the exchange between the user and the customer rep:

"Welcome to Amazon Chat. My name is Fatima [...]. According to our information, GTA V PC will be announced on 12/24 and according to our source; it will be released in the USA on 03/12 and here on 03/14," said the Amazon representative in German.

Several users and bloggers have also contacted Amazon and received similar yet vague answers. TheSixthAxis asked Amazon and received a reply that the game will apparently arrive in the US on March 12, 2014. On the other hand, another Amazon employee said that it may become available by February, though no actual confirmations have been made. 

But given the alleged conversation between the Reddit user and the Amazon UK rep, we may all expect a gift come Christmas Day - the actual GTA V PC release date announced by Rockstar itself. 

However, as all rumors go, you may want to take this update with a pinch of salt. But let's keep our fingers crossed.
