Cracks appear to be showing on Tori Spelling's veneer demeanor over reports of her husband Dean McDermott's cheating ways as the former '90210' actress was seen having dinner on December 29 with her kids without her wedding ring on.

Now people are asking whether or not the act was a sign that the couple may be headed to divorce.

The surprising gesture came just days after Tori Spelling posted a video of the Christmas celebration with the family. Her alleged "cheating" husband did not accompany them to dinner but Meran Farhat, Tori's gay friend, played guardian and bodyguard to her kids Liam, 6, Stella, 5, and Finn, 16-months-old, E! News reported.

"When Tori came out of the restaurant [around 9 p.m.] she seemed stressed out and was not happy to see photographers," the report said. "She had her nanny with her to help with all the kids and she stayed tight-lipped when asked questions about Dean's infidelity."

Tori Spelling also did not make eye contact with the inquisitive paparazzi and Hollywood press.

HollywoodLife.com, however, reported that Tori is still weighing her options rather than go through the messy process of divorce.

At this point, however, there's no question that she believes the rumors that Dean McDermott cheated with Emily Goodhand while in Toronto, Canada on December 6.

"Their arguments have gotten really bad. Tori went nuts and has been saying she may leave him," Us Weekly reported, citing a source.

But the same report cited another "insider" who maintained that their marriage "isn't over yet."

Emily Goodhand told Us Weekly that she spent a night with Dean McDermott in his hotel room after a round of drinking. In the course of their conversation, Emily claimed that Dean told him that Tori Spelling refused to have sex.

While she claimed that they didn't sleep together, they cuddled a lot and he tried to show her a sex tape he made with Tori. Nevertheless, Emily claimed that she "made a bad decision" in going to his hotel room.

The 28-year-old's claims have been stressing Tori Spelling who reportedly was embarrassed that the affair was broke out by the media.
