Grimm Season 3 will come back this Friday, January 3, 2014. But, before that, some interesting spoilers for Grimm fans!

NBC released the official synopsis for the upcoming episode (entitled "Red Menace") for Grimm.

"A Wesen with a unique ability is at the center of a revenge fueled investigation. Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) investigate a Wesen -'healer' whose ability holds risks that far outweigh its rewards. Meanwhile, Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) takes in a friend when domestic issues escalate and Hank makes a move on his physical therapist Zuri (guest star Sharon Leal). Elsewhere, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) finally tracks down Adalind (Claire Coffee) and has a stern warning for her. Silas Weir Mitchell, Bree Turner and Reggie Lee also star."

From the synopsis, it's clear that Hank is getting a new love interest. From season 1, we know that Hank once liked Adalind. Although it might be because of the potion Adalind gave her, it was the only love interest in the show for Hank.

While Monroe is currently living with Rosalee, and Hank and Juliette are now going strong, perhaps, it is the perfect time for Hank to get his own love interest.

In the upcoming episode, Hank is currently undergoing physical therapy. (Remember Hank had an incident that caused him to break his leg?)

This Friday's episode, fans will see Hank trying to recover from his injury with the help of his physical therapist, Zuri Ellis (played by Hellcats' Sharon Leal).

According to show's co-creator James Kouf, there's a great possibility that Zuri and Hank will get "very physical" during their sessions.

Will Zuri say yes when Hank asks her out? Fans will find out soon!

On the other hand, it looks like NBC cooking something big for Nick! In recent report from TVLine, it was revealed that Nick is becoming a "Grimm teacher/master"

Grimm executive producer David Greenwalt revealed to Michael Ausiello of TVLine some major improvements in the show.

Apparently, Nick will "have to go from being the student to being the teacher. He'll be passing on some of the information he's learned - but we can't tell you to whom."

Who could Nick's new apprentice? So far, there are no reports about a new main cast for the show. That leaves us to two possible theories - Juliette and Hank.

Both of the two already knows about Nick's secret and they've been accompanying Nick on certain cases that involve Wesens.

However, Hank is the more possible option since he's been dealing with Wesen more than Juliette.

Monroe and Rosalee are also two possible options for Nick's apprentice. Since the two are Wesens, they already know much of the "other world" that Nick's a part of. But, since they are Wesens, it would be a bit hard to explain if either of them will become Nick's apprentice since everyone thinks of Grimms as "Wesen Killers."
