Actor Kim Woo Bin became a nervous fanboy for G-Dragon during a special New Year's episode of M! Countdown. As the host of M! Countdown, Kim Woo Bin reflected upon K-Pop trends in 2013 and was asked about prior statements in which he reflected a desire to get to know G-Dragon better. Kim Woo Bin sited the coolness of G-Dragon's style and singing as his primary reasons for wanting to become acquainted with Big Bang's leader. To add to the humor of the scene and to display how big of a fanboy Kim Woo Bin truly is, the producers called G-Dragon.

Kim Woo Bin nervously addressed G-Dragon with honorifics and the discussion ensued as to to how the actor should address the megastar singer. The two stars spoke of their meeting during G-Dragon's appearance on M! Countdown, as well as what G-Dragon had planned for 2014. G-Dragon humorously responded with the answer that he intended to get to know Kim Woo Bin in the New Year. Kim Woo Bin expressed shock and joy at the end of the phone call at having actually spoken on the phone with G-Dragon.
