HP Chromebook 11 Finally Returns To The Play Store And Costs $279, LTE-Edition Priced At $379

Late last year, the HP Chromebook 11 faced a tough issue as users reported exploding chargers of the netbook. HP and Google were then forced to take the product out from the Play Store. Reports said the issue affected over 145,000 units of the Chromebook.

Aside from providing $25 gift cards to users, Google also provided new chargers free of charge to compensate for the trouble.

Now, after a few months, the HP Chromebook 11 makes its triumphant comeback to the Play Store, and it is still priced at $279.

Best Buy and Amazon were quicker in step in getting the Chromebook back to their product lineup. But now that HP and Google has finally decided to officially bring it the Play Store, we can now fully breathe that the netbook is in pristine condition once more.

The report from Android Authority also pointed to the LTE version of the HP Chromebook 11, which costs $100 more than the Wi-Fi only model.
