Bethenny Frankel Jason Hoppy divorce update: Bethenny will do whatever it takes to get Jason Hoppy out of her Tribeca apartment! Frankel and Hoppy arrived at divorce court on Friday to once again ask the courts for demands during their pending divorce. This time Bethenny asked for Jason to leave their 3,400 sq-ft. Tribeca apartment that the two have shared in order to jointly look after daughter Bryn.

The Daily News reported that Bethenny looked nervous and anxious as she arrived to divorce court,  while Jason looked completely mellow and relaxed.  Frankel was dressed in a black skirt, shirt and heels, while Jason arrived wearing a gray suit.  Frankel, who filed for divorce last January, wants her ex Jason Hoppy to get away from their home and also from their 3-year-old daughter Bryn. This divorce is one the messiest Hollywood splits the courts have seen and the biggest victim throughout the chaos is their little girl.

Bethenny and Jason are no strangers to making demands in divorce court. Jason has asked a judge to have Bethenny's SkinnyGirl employees removed from their apartment, Bethenny has begged courts to have Hoppy stop recording her, and most recently it was reported by Radar Online that Hoppy attempted to issue an order prohibiting Bethenny from having any of her boyfriends around daughter Bryn.

A Radar insider said, "Jason had previously asked a judge to issue an order prohibiting Bethenny from having any of her boyfriends around Bryn. The judge denied Jason's request before, citing the fact that there was no evidence that being around her mother's boyfriends harmed her."

RadarOnline reported that Bethenny's new man, Michael Cerussi, was kicked out of college after a schoolmate accused him of raping her in 2000. Although he denied the allegations and was never actually convicted of the crime, Jason still doesn't trust Bethenny to bring the new lover around his daughter.

"Jason is currently mulling over his legal options in light of the reports that Bethenny is dating Michael. He is concerned about the past allegations surrounding Michael. It's just a very sad situation because Jason and Bethenny continue to argue over care of Bryn, all while still living under the same roof."

"Jason would like to get the divorce and custody settled, once and for all. Bethenny is making it impossible. He just can't understand why Bethenny has no problem parading men through Brynn's life at such a young age, especially since Bethenny complained her mother did the same thing when she was a child!"

This isn't the first demand Hoppy has made on Bethenny during their divorce.

Jason has begged a judge to get her SkinnyGirl staff out of his apartment because it is disturbing his daughter Bryn. He says the staff gather in the common areas and talk about grown up things very loudly, and Hoppy doesn't want Bryn exposed to the chatty staff anymore.

A number of staff, including a marketing executive and a group of interns, work from the home office.

 "It's not a big office, but the employees use the bathrooms in the apartment and often gather in the kitchen to just gab," a source close to the couple revealed.

"It's very concerning for Jason. He believes it's disrupting Bryn's sleep schedule. He is also concerned for Bryn's safety, as Jason doesn't know the background of these people. It makes no sense to cram all of those people into that small room. Jason believes that Bethenny is trying to make him as miserable as possible in their apartment... especially considering that she can certainly afford to lease office space for the staffers."

Also a judge has actually prohibited Hoppy and Frankel from secretly recording each other! He's been secretly recording Bethenny's SkinnyGirl staff and Bryn's nanny though TMZ confirms that Bethenny is not guilty of pulling the same dirty trick. The of use tape recorders, cell phones or computers to record each other is now officially off limits for Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy. It's going to far!

Bethenny is fighting for sole custody of daughter Bryn, but Jason will do anything to see his daughter.

According to RadarOnline a source close to the couple said, "In what world does Bethenny live in where she thinks Jason would just walk away from Bryn? It's clear to Jason that Bethenny once she had their child, she got what she wanted from the relationship and she walked away."

"Anything he can do to push her buttons, it's being done. She can't steamroll Jason," the source added. "They hardly speak to each other, but when they do, it's nasty," the insider said.
