The rumors regarding the supposed divorce between Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are simply not true as the couple have been spotted in Canada for the hunky singer's concert tour.

Justiin Timberlake was in Canada on Monday, January 13, for his concert "The 20/20 Experience World Tour." Meanwhile, Jessica Biel joined him for a bit of a getaway but not without breaking a sweat.

According to Radar Online, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were on a gym together in Fairmont Hotel MacDonald gym. One gym goer posted on his Twitter account using the handle Kaylan Pepin: "Went to workout...Realized Jstin Timberlake was at the weights & Jessica Biel was on the treadmill beside us!"

While Justin Timberlake was rehearsing for his concert tour, Jessica Biel wasted no time in going around the city. The day before they hit the gym, the actress was seen ordering a tall black coffee from Transcend Coffee Garneau. So much for the divorce rumors!

Biel was also busy with her new baby: the "Au Fudge" as she is set to open her new restaurant in Santa Monica, PageSix reported.

A source told PageSix that the restaurant "would be a place where A-listers would feel comfortable bringing their kids to dine and take part in cooking activities."

Jessica Biel is already trying to process the necessary permits as well as hire the crew to construct the restaurant, the report added.

Last summer, Jessica Biel revealed to comedian Jay Leno that she would be hands on like a mom on every aspect of the operation, particularly the "bakery component."

"But I'm not a great baker yet," she said.

The divorce rumors started when Jessica Biel did not accompany Justin Timberlake to personally show her support as he hosted the Saturday Night Live. Jessica Biel was also a no-show in the American Music Awards in November when Justin Timberlake performed.
