Dynamic Duo-Simon D Successfully Advanced in America ‘Powerful Korea Hip Hop’

The ‘AMOEBA CULTURE by M-Live’ a hip -hop show consisting of Dynamic Duo and Simon D of Supreme Team has successfully concluded their first American performance flocking in 2,000 local audiences.

The singer’s agency Amoeba Culture shared that for the performance held over two days in Seattle and LA drew in about 2,000 fans from New York, Canada, Miami and more.

It was interesting to note that although it was the first time performing in America for all the artists including Dynamic Duo and Simon D more than 30% of the audience were of local fans. One local concert organizer shared, “This is a very unusual case. It’s surprising to see the audience form a line outside 4 hours before the concert. It’s difficult to imagine that it is the first time for these artists to be performing in the States.”

Local fans shared about the concert, “Korea hip-hop is surprisingly energetic. It was an amazing performance,” “Korean hip-hop seems to have somewhat of a different from American hip-hop, with a new type of bean and rhythm.”

The performances throughout both days had fans so excited and enthusiastic not even sitting in their seats for a moment. Also due to the venue characteristic of being held in a small theater and nature of hip-hop the performers were able to merge freely with the audience.

CJ E&M M-Live who planned the performance stated, “It was such a strong response from the audience we were at times confused whether we were back in Korea. This performance has allowed us to see the potential possibility of Korean Hip Hop artists to enter the American market.”

The ‘AMOEBA CULTURE M-Live’ performance on April 13 took place in Seattle at the Showbox at the Market, April 14 performance took place in Los Angeles at the House of Blues, both venues are famours for holding performances for such artists such as Lady Gaga, Tupac, Britney Spears, and Kanye West.
