Star Wars Episode 7 casting rumors about "Breaking Bad" star Jesse Plemons involvement in the film debunked.

Allegedly, the 25-year old actor is going to take on the role of Luke Skywalker's son, Ben.

According to reports of The Wrap three of their sources have confirmed that the Dallas-born actor is currently the favorite among those who auditioned for the film. "Plemons is scheduled to meet with director J.J. Abrams next week to discuss the highly anticipated sequel, which is expected to bring back original stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford. Plemons has already taped an audition that was well-received by those involved in the casting process, and he'll by flying in to Los Angeles from Austin, Texas for a second audition that will bring him face-to-face with Abrams."

However, such claims has 'no' truth to it and are just 'crazy' about the film, according to the "Breaking Bad" actor.

"Yeah, I think it's just one of those crazy rumors," he told HitFix.

In addition, speculations about Obi-Wan Kenobi's children to be featured in Star Wars Episode 7 has also been debunked, as reported by Latino Review.

Nonetheless, "That being said, the Kenobi family will come into play. Could be niece nephew, no real details on that one.

"It could be a Force Ghost or a something else, we just know it's not his daughter or grandkid," the publication added.

As the script for the movie reportedly done, rumors about Yoda returning to the franchise as a Force ghost have also risen, but as usual J.J. Abrams nor Lucasfilm has made no confirmation yet.

Included among Star Wars Episode 7 casting rumors are Benedict Cumberbatch, Michael Fassbender and Michael B. Jordan. It's worth noting too that "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence was also linked in the film.
