As fans await "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 to return February 27, spoilers have surfaced regarding the mid-season premiere.

For Jolex fans, spoilers confirm that "Grey's Anatomy" will pick up with Alex dealing with the fallout of what Shane has done to his father.

“In the first episode back, which picks up right after the wedding, you see Jo being kind of a rock for Alex because he’s furious about what Shane has done to his dad,” explains Camilla Luddington to TVLine.

”He’s distraught by it. And she’s there for him. And she’s also ready to go [toe-to-toe] with Shane. She hates Shane. She’s not for him staying at the hospital. So you see her get closer to Alex through that.”

During the "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 mid-season premiere will also deal with April's decision between Matthew and Jackson.

“We pick up moments after where we left off, and we will know who April has chosen right off the bat,” promises Drew.

“No matter whom she chose, people are going to be murmuring and gossiping about this forever.”

Meanwhile, with the news of Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey staying on "Grey's Anatomy" for another two years, fans are eager to know when the remaining cast will be confirmed for season 11—or not.

According to spoilers, everything should be illuminated by the end of February, and many are projecting that the rest of the cast will stay on for season 11, with the exception of Sandra Oh.
