Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie 2014: Michael Bay To Produce The Reboot Of The New Ninja Turtles, Leaked Photos Of Shredder And Leonardo Revealed

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2014 Movie, which will be produced by Michael Bay, is expected to be out August of this year.

The reboot of the turtles will be done and created via motion-capture. Pete Ploszek, Alan Ritchson, Noel Fisher, and Jeremy Howard were casted to play as Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello in this summer's much anticipated release.

If Transformers wasn't enough, Michael Bay is bringing another childhood classic back in the big screen for some full-on action.

Leaked photos scatter the Web as allegedly a "close friend from the production" has leaked the pictures all over the internet showing the new look turtle wearing a Japanese warrior style armor and a very scary looking Shredder.

Familiar faces from Bay's former movies will also be seen in the reboot of TMNT as Megan Fox has been reported to play the role of reporter April O'Neil. Fox was in Bay's Transformers movie and was the lead character in the first few movies.

Jonathan Liebesman, who directed a lot of reputable movies like the Wrath Of The Titans, Battle: Los Angeles and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, will be the one directing the reboot of the cartoon pizza-eating classic.

In an interview with moviefone.com last April 2013, Bay was asked his approach on this film because fans thought at first that they would make the turtle's enemies aliens, which weirded out fans.

Michael Bay said in the interview: "There was that quote saying that we're making [the Ninja Turtles as] aliens. We're not. It's the ooze! It's from the original source material. These are from the original writers, and I never went out to correct myself in the press. I do listen to the fans and I do want this to be authentic. I think they're going to be really happy with this movie. When I see the digital stuff, the turtles look great."
