According to ShowbizSpy.com, 23-year-old Jennifer Lawrence is not happy that her 24-year-old "X-Men: Days of Future Past" co-star and boyfriend Nicholas Hoult will be working with Kristen Stewart, 23, on a new sci-fi movie, "Equals."

"This is making Jennifer uneasy, to say the least," a close source told the website about Kristen Stewart working intimately with Lawrence's boyfriend Nicholas Hoult.

"She doesn't want to think the worst of Kristen, but her reputation precedes her."

Many "Twilight" fans will remember the scandal when Kristen cheated on her long-time boyfriend and "Twilight" co-star Robert Pattinson with their married (and much older director), Rupert Sanders.

"Jen hung out with Kristen at the Toronto Film Festival in 2012, and they got on quite well," disclosed a friend, ShowbizSpy.com reports.

"She told Kristen she had read the script for Equals and loved it but didn't feel the part was right for her. Soon after, Nick signed up for the film, and Jen learned that Kristen was suddenly pursuing the role to play his lover.

"It all worked out a little too conveniently for Jennifer not to be suspicious. Considering Kristen's history with British men, she's the last person Jennifer wants to see kissing her boyfriend on the set.

"Although Jennifer is busy with her super-hot career, she's determined to make time to visit the Equals set and keep a watch over Nick. She doesn't want to see her romance sabotaged."

However, Fashion & Style reports that others are saying the feud is just a ploy by tabloids to pit these famous young actresses against each other. Neither actress has commented on the claims.

Jennifer and Nicholas met on the set of "X-Men: First Class" in 2011. They split in January, 2013 after dating for two years, due to their busy schedules. But the two stars bonded again in June while filming "X-Men: Days of Future Past" in Montreal, Hollywood Life reports. They have been dating again since this summer.
