Justin Bieber Egg Case Is Just a Shell of Its Former Claim, But The Cops Aren't Dropping It

Justin Bieber is suspected of throwing raw eggs at a neighbor's house on Jan. 9. Justin allegedly caused about $20,000 in damage.  L.A. County Sheriff's Department is shell-e didn't find  evidence that Justin Bieber egged his neighbor's home after the Los Angeles police raid raided his home.

Det. David Thompson with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told the Daily News that evidence seized from Justin Bieber's house doesn't get Bieber off the hook in egg-throwing case. Thompson said "That would be a false report at this point." According to law enforcement sources, the Sheriff was looking for incriminating security camera footage or text message confessions.

Justin Bieber egging case has no evidence and the police didn't find any Justin Bieber brag texts. Cops also didn't find Justin on the surveillance videos.

The Justin Bieber egg raid was called because the cops thought they'd find evidence on surveillance tape footage. The police, hell, everyone wants to find evidence that Justin Bieber launched a vicious egging attack on his neighbor's house. But the cops came up empty handed.

TMZ reported that Los Angeles County Sheriff's detectives found no evidence on home security surveillance video and hard drives seized during a police raid that would connect Bieber to the egging incident. The cops raided Bieber home in Calabasas, California on January 14. Insiders told TMZ that cops sifted through items they confiscated from Justin Bieber's home but found no evidence linking Justin to the alleged egging earlier this month.

TMZ  writes, "Sources familiar with the surveillance video tell us you do NOT see Bieber egging the house. Furthermore we're told there is no video before or after the incident that shows Bieber at the immediate scene. We're also told ... Bieber did not  "brag text"  about the egging incident."

The surveillance footage doesn't show Bieber, but there is a voice that sounds like the Bieb. TMZ Says "The D.A. could charge Bieber with felony vandalism or settle for misdemeanor vandalism. Or the D.A. could let Bieber skate all together."

Justin Bieber was released on $2,500 bail. According to reports Bieber is currently spending some time away in Panama with a group of friends including the singer Usher.

In a separate case, Florida Police said that last week Justin Bieber admitted he smoked pot, took prescription medication and drank a beer before getting behind the wheel in Miami. A petition was sent to President Obama to deport the Bieb.TMZ also reported that the Lamborghinis Justin rented had GPS devices that didn't record any excessive speed, but Miami Beach Police Department morning tweeted that "No charges dropped."

Two witnesses claimed to see Justin during the egging. The neighbor who's house was egged and his teenage daughter.

The egging case will be sent to the LA County District Attorney for review this week. Bieber could be charge with felony vandalism or misdemeanor vandalism or nothing at all.

Tatiana Voziouk, Justin's former housekeeper told The Mirror  "The drugs and hangers-on are turning Justin into a zombie. I'm terrified he'll become the next Michael Jackson. If he doesn't act now I will hear one day that he has passed away. It is heartbreaking."
