SM Entertainment States No Changes To Scheduled Comeback For Girls' Generation

SM Entertainment has revealed that there will be no changes to Girls' Generation's scheduled comeback.

As scheduled, the group will be making a comeback sometime this month.

Before that, SM The Ballad's new album will release on February 13.

Also, specific information about Girls' Generation's comeback has still not been released yet. Many believe that they will most likely release information around the 3rd or 4th week of this month. The superstars of the company, Psy and Girls' Generation, are under the highest level of security regarding their comeback. Although it is understandable that the company would keep music of such high interest under the wraps, it is very rare that all details of its progress are kept secretive. Because of this, many are speaking of rumors regarding their releases, but the actual facts of the matter are yet to be known.

The details regarding their first TV appearances or their new music videos are not known at all. Many are suspecting the reason for such high security to be a delay in the process, that the management company cannot actually determine the release date of their albums. Psy has been talking about releasing a new album since last September, but the progress of his recording the new album is not known. SM had released a teazer video regarding Girls' Generaiton's new album back in December of last year, but months have gone by without a news of their new album release. Reservations of their appearance on TV have also disappeared since January of this year. Many are suspecting that SM and Girls' Generation are still working on how to differentiate the group compared to other myriad of girl groups on the market currently.

On the other hand, SM The Ballad will release their second album, Breath, and include members from TVXQ, Super Junior, f(x) and more.
