As "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 continues its hiatus, spoilers regarding some very potentially unorthodox going-ons at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital have surfaced.

Recently, TVLine provided spoilers on the state of Jo and Alex's relationship, particularly regarding the "L" word.

“I almost get the impression that she has said it to him, it just hasn’t been onscreen yet,” said actress Camilla Luddington. “Maybe there will be a moment where we see her really declare her love for him, because we haven’t seen it. But she’s crazy about him. I think that she absolutely does love him.”

“In the first episode back, which picks up right after the wedding, you see Jo being kind of a rock for Alex because he’s furious about what Shane has done to his dad. He’s distraught by it. And she’s there for him. And she’s also ready to go [toe-to-toe] with Shane. She hates Shane. She’s not for him staying at the hospital. So you see her get closer to Alex through that.”

And with a dumpster baby storyline also on the way, it looks like spoilers are showing that Jo and Alex will receive more screentime than ever on "Grey's Anatomy" season 10.

Meanwhile, spoilers also seem to hint at the fact that a flash-forward episode (or maybe a fantasy moment) may be in the works on "Grey's Anatomy" season 10.

According to spoilers, the reason behind all these conjectures is because a 7-year-old actress is being cast to play Zola. However, TVLine is affirming that it is not for a flash-forward episode.
