Big Bang Daesung To Hold Japan Tour For His First Solo Comeback In 4 Years

Big Bang Daesung will be making a solo comeback.

It has been 4 years since Daesung has made a comeback in Korea, since his solo song, "Cotton Candy" was released in 2010. He also plans to release a solo album and hold a arena tour in Japan as well, to show off his presence as a great vocalist in Korea and in Japan.

Big Bang started off this year with their 6 Japan dome tour and met with 771,000 fans. Daesung will now make a comeback as a solo vocalist in both Korea and Japan and meet with his fans.

His Japan arena tour will take place this June and July. He will start on June 11 in Yokohama and continue on for a total of 7 cities and 12 performances.

He will be meeting with 125,000 fans for this tour, which is much bigger than his Japan solo tour from last year.

He also released a Japan solo album, D'scover, last year and ranked high on the Oricon charts. This was the first time a solo artist of a Korean group took the number two spot on the chart, through his first solo album ever released in the country. He also had a solo tour last year called, "D-LITE D'scover Tour 2013 in Japan," through 26 concerts spread over 20 different cities, with about 100,000 audience.

His first Japan solo single, "I Love You," is produced by a popular Japanese artist, Seiji Kameda of Tokyo Jihen, and also features a famous Japanese violinist, Taro Hakase.

With his success in his solo career in Japan, fans are curious to see what he will be bringing this time around.
