SM Entertainment has revealed that they will be holding a large scale global audition.

The '2014 S.M. Global Audition' will be held from February 21-May 25 and travel to Korea, China, Japan, U.S., Canada, Indonesia, Thailand and visit 18 cities to find people with hidden talents.

SM Entertainment has found many great artists through these global auditions including Super Junior-M Henry, f(x) Amber, EXO Kris and more.

This year will be their 9th global audition and believe that the contestants will be even more competitive than before.

It is also the first time SM has held auditions in Indonesia and has gained much attention. SM Entertainment has said that about 20,000 applicants gathered ahead of the audition on the 21st, and 15,000 applicants gathered to apply for the Chinese auditon at the end of February.

In Korea, they will hold auditions in 3 cities including Seoul, Gwangju and Busan.

This audition will cover 6 categories including song, dance, acting, model, comedian/MC/VJ and writer/producer.
