The 19-year-old pop star faces misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, DUI and driving with a non-valid license after he was pulled over in his rented Lamborgini, the New York Daily News also writes.

Justin Bieber mentioned on Twitter that he wishes "the world would learn to believe in the goodness in people," leaving many fans wondering if his heartfelt message was a possible hint at him retiring.

"bday week. wish the world would learn to believe in the goodness in people and be kind to one another. together we can change the world :)," his full Twitter message read.

Justin Bieber uses Selena Gomez for sex and does not care about her emotions since he sleeps around with several women, a source revealed to HollywoodLife.com.

"Justin is sleeping with a girl from Hooters, random girls he hangs out with at parties, and everyone in between," a source told the site.

"As for Selena, he knows he will sleep with her again, and really doesn't care about the emotional impact it plays on her."

Justin Bieber may be considering retiring in Canada-the Buckhead Neighborhood.

Coalition of Atlanta has launched a Facebook and Twitter campaign against the "All That Matters" singer being able to move in., the New York Daily News reports.

"As a community here in Buckhead, we have worked hard to achieve our goals and get to where we are," one protest Facebook event description reads.

"Justin Bieber's relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children, as well as the community."

A petition created on WhiteHouse.gov by a Detroiter to deport Justin Bieber and revoke his green card has generated over 260,000 signatures, Michigan Live reports.
